Wohhoo!! International Kite Festival @ 30 & 31 Jan

It's a fulfiling Sunday!

We went to the International Kite Festival @ Punggol today.. saw the giant Froggy, Turtle, Seahorse, Big red Bear Kites at the international kite players field..

And also, we enjoy the stunt kite performance where the professional SG team performed the sychronise kite playing with 3 kites.. and the 3 kites flew gracefully along the music...I love the Synchronize performance.. *Applaud*

Today we bought a new Fish kite today.. at Seng Kang field.. our thread suddenly snapped and luckily we managed to retrieve it back! hee..

Our 11m Octopus kite.. (kk corrected mi.. it's a Squid a.k.a Sotong) finally flew with big wind.. We also bring Jiaying niece to the Seng Kang field!! 2-year old Jiaying really got a talent for kite flying unlike her xue shuang yi yi... haha..and we conclude xue shuang still have alot of room for improvement in terms of kite flying.. haha =P

Some reflections and also, we Gotten our 11m Octopus Kite!

I had to keep reminding myself not to go into the "trap" that many couples went into..

We wanna get married becoz of the love for each other... Throughout the wedding process, there are many nitty gritty details which may lead to fustrations,unneccessary stress etc.. Hahaha.. so I always have to remind myself not stress ourselves unnecessary...It should be a happy process, happy "problems"... So jia you to both of us and we really thank our wedding helpers.. (especially my youngest sister xy for helping mi with the packing now)! =)

Bought our 11m kite today @ Seng Kang tonight.. have yet to fly it..really look forward to flying this big kite with kk since I am a beginner. hahaha...

It's been a busy week!

Meet the parents session

Had our meet the parents session @ 7 Jan.. It's pretty nice!..It's not the 1st time our parents met.. Both side parents and both our sisters have nice chats.. even both our flower gals had a pretty enjoyable icebreaker..Sunday, we will be bring the 2 flowergals to the Singapore zoo.. since it's Celeste 1st time to Singapore zoo (since she is in Melbourne all along)...

We have selected our cards @ Tdragon.. So next week, we will get our insert for proof reading before sending for printing..=)

9 Jan Photo selection 2 @ Chris Ling

We brought Celeste to select the photo selection... Chris was away for overseas shot and Arvinna and Skyy helped us with the photo selection! The photos are awesome! In the end, kk and i did some top ups... Both of us LOVE them!! Everything.. the lighting, feel.. they are just different! Thanks to the team! They are so helpful and professional!

Evening time, our 165 besties celebrated Huilan and my birthday.. Thanks gals for being so lovely! Thanks for the overseas gifts (Puni Puni and souvenirs from Taiwan - Lii, Korea cosmetics and souvenir by Huilan and Kevin) and birthday ang bao. Thanks gal!

Wrist Corsages..I Love Them!

Joyz (kk's sis) helped us to make the wrist corsages.. I simply LOVE them! She's really professional.. think the Lio family really makes great craft work.. it just runs in the family... hee..

They match the Purple theme that we will be having and the lilac dresses my 165 Besties and sisters will be wearing...Thanks Joyz!
